Have you ever wondered how everyday stories can come alive on stage?
Join us for a unique and inspiring acting workshop led by artists from Q-teatteri in Helsinki. Together, we will explore the world of interactive improvisation theatre, where real-life experiences and stories become the starting point for creative expression.
Time: Thursday, 24.9.2026, from 17.30-19.30.
Place: Q-teatteri, Tunturikatu 16, 00100 Helsinki.

Participants are invited to share stories, memories, observations, or moments from everyday life. The actors and participants will then transform these stories into improvised scenes, creating meaningful, surprising, and often joyful theatre experiences together.
No previous acting experience is needed. This workshop is open to all women who are curious, interested in storytelling, or simply looking for a new way to connect with others.
We create a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment where every participant is valued and everyone can choose their own level of involvement. Listening, creativity, and mutual support are at the heart of the workshop.
