The world of work is changing rapidly. Traditional career paths and fixed job roles are no longer the only way to build a career. More and more work is based on projects, collaboration, and continuous learning. In the future, your skills, personal development, and networks will play an increasingly important role. This practical workshop will help you reflect on your strengths and explore how you can use your skills in working life and future opportunities. The workshop offers new perspectives on employability, entrepreneurial thinking, and collaboration.
Time: Tuesdays, starting on 6.10.2026, from 10.00-12.00.

The course is organized in total four times:

During the workshop, we will explore:
- identifying your skills and creating a skills portfolio
- personal branding and opportunities for lifelong learning
- the basics of product development, the use of AI, and the MVP approach
- different ways to fill skills and knowledge gaps through learning and collaboration
- the fundamentals of work, sales, and monetization
The workshop is suitable for anyone who wants to develop their skills, discover new opportunities, and gain practical tools for a changing world of work. Our neighbourhood mother Olga is excited to meet you and guide you through the program.
