A yoga group for anyone who wants to increase their overall wellbeing. The yoga hours are held in the residence house “Lava” in Viikki.
Time: Mondays at 17.00-18.30.
Place: Residence house “Lava”, Biologinkatu 5, 00790 Helsinki
Participants’ health and abilities are always taken into account during the practice. Children are welcome and participation is free of charge.
